1. Automatic Double-unit Holographic Positioning Foil Stamping Die Cutting Stripping Machine is designed for die cutting, foil stamping, stripping, embossing and holographic positioning functions. It suits for 60-2000g/m2 cardboard, pasting paper, laminating paper, thickness below 4mm carton corrugated paper and so on.

2. The machine includes 5 parts: Feeder, paper feed section, delivery section and two main motors. It can finish feeding, hot foil stamping, die cutting, stripping, holographic positioning, embossing and collecting work cycle automatically. And it can do hot foil stamping ,die cutting and embossing/repeat foil stamping/stripping(optional) in one pass, which effectively reduce labor and time costs.

3. The electrical part is provided by main motor, and the 15 servo motors (optional) ensure the accuracy of the foil stamping position and the stable of the high speed. 12 independent heating zones provide 0-200° temperature and accomplish the variety and the fastness of the pattern. Meanwhile, make the stamping size larger and jump more smoothly. The pattern's fastness is also high-quality, no bubble, no coking, no drape.

4. 26cm thickness /stress-tolerant 1000Ton machine wall/ 580Ton cutting pressure make the embossing effect more stereoscopic and clearer, and the pattern be more variable and has higher quality.

5. The machine is equipped with automatic lubrication system. And the swing rod and copper tile are all reworked by hand. We scrap the surface and make it full of crisscross scratch. The groove hold more oil so that machine runs more smoothly and higher precision.
