McLantis laser screen stripping machine adopts the advanced CO2 laser which is specially used for non-metallic characteristics, and peels off the high-temperature cured photosensitive emulsion from the nickel mesh, so that the blank mesh can meet the re-use standard. McLantis laser screen stripping machine completely breaks through the traditional screen-washing process such as soaking and demolding with chemical solution and high-pressure water-eluting the mold, and easily achieves complete demolding, high efficiency, environmental protection and low cost, which greatly guarantees the recycling of printed nickel mesh. It can effectively reduce costs and create more value for the user.

The laser only acts on non-metals, it is ineffective on nickel mesh, and washing the mesh does not damage the mesh. Can always be recycled. And wash cost is only about 3% of the new mesh.

Except for loading and unloading nickel nets, all work is automated, and there is no requirement for operators. All electrical appliances adopt intelligent industrial control, which can be operated remotely without special care.
